随着时代的发展,相关从业者对智能混凝土的研究越来越深入.在实际工程推进中,智能混凝土施工的优势非常明显,可以很好地提高混凝土的性能,并根据施工的需求做好混凝土的优化控制工作,让施工单位可以结合项目的实际应用需求,有针对性地选择对应的智能混凝土施工工艺.     

Detection of 5-HMF in apple juice with artificial sensing systems

5-HMF (5-hydroxymethyl-furfural) is a product of thermal treatment and is increasingly considered a food contaminant. Here, different concentrations of 5-HMF were measured in apple juice to evaluate the performance of the electronic nose (EN) and electronic tongue (ET) as rapid detection techniques for 5-HMF when coupled with chemometric analysis. Principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) evaluated the discrimination capacity of EN and ET for 5-HMF. Loading analysis examined the discrimination contribution of the EN sensors. Partial least square (PLS) regression analysis established a quantitative prediction model for different concentrations of 5-HMF based on EN and ET data set. The optimal models had a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.926 and a root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) of 0.4168 in EN; there were R² of 0.914 and RMSEP of 0.5836 in ET. These results demonstrate that EN and ET coupled with chemometric analysis are two promising approaches for the rapid and online detection of 5-HMF in apple juice.     

Comb-shaped diblock copolystyrene for anion exchange membranes

To improve the properties of diblock copolystyrene-based anion exchange membranes (AEMs), a series of AEMs with comb-shaped quaternary ammonium (QA) architecture (QA-PS_m-b-PDVPPA_n-xC where x denotes the number of carbon atoms in different alkyl tail chains and has values of 1, 4, 8, and 10 and C denotes carbon) were designed and synthesized via subsequent quaternization reactions with three different alkyl halogens (methyl iodide and N-alkane bromines (CH₃[CH₂] _x-1Br where x = 4, 8, and 10). Compared with triblock analogues quaternized with methyl iodide in our previous research, QA-PS_m-b-PDVPPA_n-xC (x = 4, 8, and 10) AEMs are more flexible with the introduction of a long alkyl tail chain; this probably impedes crystallization of the rigid polystyrene-based main chain and induces sterically adjustable ionic association. An increase in the pendant alkyl tail chain length generally led to enhanced microphase separation of the obtained AEMs, and this was confirmed using small-angle X-ray scattering and atomic force microscopy. The highest conductivity (25.5 mS cm⁻¹) was observed for QA-PS₁₂₀-b-PDVPPA₈₀-10C (IEC = 1.94 meq g^–1) at 20 °C. Furthermore, the water uptake (<30%) and swelling ratio (<13.1%) of QA-PS_m-b-PDVPPA_n-xC AEMs are less than half of these corresponding values for their triblock counterparts. The QA-PS₁₂₀-b-PDVPPA₈₀-10C membrane retained a maximum stability that was as high as 86.8% of its initial conductivity after a 40-day test (10 M NaOH, 80 °C), and this was probably because of the steric shielding of the cationic domains that were surrounded by the longest alkyl tail chains. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 我国鲜食玉米标准体系及营养标准研究

近年来我国鲜食玉米产业发展迅猛, 但同时也暴露出诸多产业乱象。梳理现有鲜食玉米标准体系是促进产业标准化、规范化的重要举措。本文通过对我国现行鲜食玉米标准进行梳理, 总结出目前我国鲜食玉米标准体系中抽样及一般性检测标准较完善、技术规程体系成熟、标准体系框架已建立的特点; 同时提出我国鲜食玉米标准体系存在技术规程标准内容重复、品质分级标准混乱、缺乏营养评价指标相关标准、感官评价标准混乱、缺乏甜糯玉米和笋玉米的相关标准、标准体系结构不合理等的问题; 并针对上述问题提出对应应统一技术规程标准, 建立营养评价体系, 统一品质分级标准, 统一感官评价指标, 完善甜糯玉米和笋玉米相关标准的解决办法。为鲜食玉米标准体系的建设及规范化提供参考和建议。     

汽车变速箱阀体加工变形的来源分析及补偿

变速箱阀体是汽车变速部件中的重要配件.阀体件内部空腔多、深度大,由于其型腔的高度复杂性,传统的有限元法难以对其进行高效精确预测,通常采用反复离线测量和铣削来保证精度.为此,提出了一种基于在机测量的阀体件加工误差实时补偿方法以提高加工精度.首先,通过实验确认主要误差源为装夹变形;其次,基于在机测量获得阀体误差曲面,并利用机器学习算法进行拟合,获得初步补偿模型;进而,针对面铣刀直径大的特点,建立了偏移式补偿轨迹;最后,基于数控机床的坐标原点偏移功能开发实时补偿系统并进行了阀体件加工误差的补偿实验.实验结果表明,补偿后的阀体件加工误差降低55％以上,并具有良好的一致性.     

Evaluation of bismuth doped La2-xBixNiO4+δ (x = 0, 0.02 and 0.04) as cathode materials for solid oxide fuel cells

Bismuth doped La_2-xBi_xNiO_4+δ (x = 0, 0.02 and 0.04) oxides are investigated as SOFC cathodes. The effects of Bi doping on the phase structure, thermal expansion, electrical conduction behavior as well as electrochemical performance are studied. All the samples exist as a tetragonal Ruddlesden-Popper structure. Bi-doped LBNO-0.02 and LBNO-0.04 have good chemical and thermal compatibility with LSGM electrolyte. The average TEC over 20–900°С was 13.4 × 10^?6 and 14.2 × 10^?6 K^?1 for LBNO-0.02 and LBNO-0.04, respectively. The electrical conductivity was decreasing with the rise of Bi doping content. EIS measurement indicates Bi doping can decrease the ASR values. At 750 °C, the obtained ASR for LBNO-0.04 is 0.18 Ωcm², which is 56% lower than that of the sample without Bi doping, suggesting Bi doping is beneficial to the electrochemical catalytic activity of LBNO cathodes.
